KEEP YOUR RESTING HABITS, SHALL WE?

There are concepts that seem familiar, but upon deeper reflection, Beans believes not only themself but also you would have some vagueness - here Beans wants to mention the word "rest". Asking people around "have you been resting lately?", Beans always receives quite similar answers: "Of course, sleeping every day isn't it?". By basic definition, all of us would have periods of rest during the day, but for the mind and body to truly rest, we need to re-examine.

Many studies have pointed out there are a total of 7 types of rest, yet we only talk about physical or mental rest. The resting habits we are familiar with also only stop at: getting enough sleep, limiting or avoiding work/studies, spending time on leisure activities. But this is far from enough for true self-rest - we have difficult stories to untangle, swirling thoughts, unreleased emotions, the constant noisy sounds everywhere, or disconnected relationships. Each individual's life is increasingly hurried, it seems we only have weekends to devote time to everything. Beans believes habits of resting will hardly be healthy if maintained in this way.

Beans remains always grateful and appreciative that guests choose Beans as a familiar place to genuinely rest!
