How to use a Phin filter

  • Add 20g of coarsely ground coffee beans to the filter. Gently shake and level the surface with your hands. Lightly press down by twisting the filter in a screw motion. Add another 5g of coffee, gently shake for the second time.
  • Pour 30ml of boiling water into the filter and wait until the coffee in the filter absorbs all the water. Continue pouring 40-50ml of water depending on your needs.
  • Tightly cover the filter and wait for the first drops of coffee.

Note: Taste better when using condensed milk and ice cubes.
