Refund Policy

Refunds will be made after the customer service department receives and confirms that the customer's return is valid. The specific refund time for each case will depend on the payment method used by the customer.

COD (cash on delivery): will be done immediately after receiving confirmation from the customer service department.  

Online payment via Momo E-wallet: The refund will be made directly through the payment method that the customer used, to the same Momo account that the customer used for the transaction. We do not accept transfers to another account.

Online payment via debit/credit cards: The refund will be made directly through the payment method that the customer used, to the same account that the customer used for the transaction.
